Work closely and provide support to the A&P team by assisting in the day-to-day administrative work and manage the Customer Service Counter, ensuring that it is well organized.
  • Guide shoppers through West Mall Rewards app download and installation
  • Provide hands-on support for shoppers during campaign redemptions
  • Work closely with the customer service team and assist in the execution of the mall’s promotion and redemption programs and member redemptions
  • Handle shoppers’/ tenants’ feedback and enquiries and provide necessary assistance promptly and resolution of complaints in a tactful and professional manner
  • Assist social media winners, verify eligibility, maintain records, and manage inventory with precision
  • Support on-ground campaigns and events, ensuring smooth operations
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Manager / Senior Executive, A&P
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or related discipline
  • Cheerful personality and passionate about customer service
  • Good leadership and people management skills, and able to work independently
  • Good command of the English Language, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
  • Able to work on weekends/public holidays
