Admin jobs:

  • Assist Senior Executive Manager in handling full spectrum of Admin functions
  • Processing annual insurance renewals.
  • Renewal various licensing via Corppass.
  • Maintain well-organized filing with updated and complete records.
  • Respond to customer complaints or feedback via email or phone.
  • Source and evaluate supplier quotes.
  • Follow up on Singapore shipping arrangements.
  • Communicate with Hong Kong headquarters periodically for instructions.

Human Resources:

  • Assist HR Manager in handling full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Must be very strong with handling end-to-end work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating personal particulars to MOM, visa application etc.
  • Handle all Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) and insurance claims.
  • Assist in the application of government grants and submission of claims.
  • Work closely with Operations Department to ensure all HR documents are properly collated and submitted for processing.
  • Assist in MOM Surveys Submissions.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Min 3-5 years of relevant HR and Admin experience
  • Knowledge of Singapore labour law, relevant government regulations and HR best practices is required.
  • Good in MS Office applications particularly MS Words and Excel.
  • HR experiences in a Food & Beverage sector will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin and English is required.
  • Candidates who are available immediately are preferred.
