Bukit Merah - Network Program Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

As the Network Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various network expansion projects, ensuring that partnerships are aligned with the company's overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners including large corporate banks, wealth tech and other NBFIs.

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope manage internal and external communication..
• Work with Product, Sales, Compliance and Tech to ensure that the Finmo Network plan is executed on time and on budget
• Document network documents and collaterals
• Ensure that partnerships are aligned with the company's overall business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners
• Oversee the day-to-day management of existing partnerships
• Track and measure the success of partnerships
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with partnerships
• Develop and implement processes to ensure the smooth onboarding of new partners.
• Stay updated on latest trends in the payments industry.

• 5 years experience in a payments partnerships role as Relationship Manager, Implementation Manager or Project Manager in APAC market
• Program Management experience managing multiple projects is a must
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in IT or Business
• Experience working with India and Singapore based teams.
