Marketing Director (Brand, Digital & Growth)

Are you a strategic marketer with a strong digital edge and a passion for building brands that stand out? We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing vision, drive high-impact campaigns, and deliver measurable growth.

This is a leadership role for someone who can think big, execute smart, and elevate both brand presence and performance marketing.

✨ What You’ll Be Driving

Own and lead the overall marketing strategy, aligned with business growth goals
Build, position, and strengthen the brand in a competitive market
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
Drive performance marketing initiatives with strong results in SEM and Facebook Ads
Manage media planning, including publications and press placements
Partner closely with Creative and Sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns and lead generation
Analyse customer insights, market trends, and competitor strategies to stay ahead
Oversee content, social media, and customer engagement strategies
Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimise performance
Ensure seamless customer journey in collaboration with the Contact Centre
What Sets You Apart
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Minimum 4 years in a leadership marketing role, with team management experience
Proven track record in both brand building and performance marketing
Strong hands-on expertise in SEM, Facebook Ads, and media/publication planning
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and ROI
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
