Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to understand their tailoring needs and preferences.
• Advise clients on fabric choices, styles, measurements, and tailoring options to help them select the best products and services.
• Manage the sales process from consultation to order placement, ensuring accurate recording of customer requirements and measurements.
• Upsell additional tailoring services, accessories, or customizations to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer records, including measurements, preferences, and order status, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with tailors and production staff to track order progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the tailor shop.
• Participate in promotional activities and assist with inventory management as needed.
