Sales Executive ( Interior Design/ Showroom)

5 days Work Week

Work location: Henderson Road

Job Description:

  • Supports Sales Manager in achieving annual sales targets.
  • Servicing interior designers, architects, contractors & developers
  • and secure local project sales. (Regional project sales is a secondary channel)
  • Servicing existing & establishing new clientele base for the company.
  • Executing sales & coordinating marketing activities in support of organisational sales campaign.
  • Supporting in-house retail sales department.

Relevant sales experience will be an added advantage.

Sales Executive (Training Provided)

Job Description:

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for obtaining new leads and following up with prospective and existing clients.
  • The Sales Executive is responsible for introducing courses such as (Building and Construction Authority (BCA) approved Core Trade courses, WSQ Corporate Courses, Safety Courses).

Sales Executive (rolling shutter)

Working location: Hillview

Working days: 5.25 days

High Basic +Commission

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for incoming enquiries
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and work closely with the Manager to foster strong relationships with customers
  • Prepare information and assist the Manager with tender submissions
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate with architects, main contractors, and factory to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop an appropriate network of industry contacts and reach out with direct marketing tools
  • Understand the market and find new avenues to generate business to hit department targets
  • Find new avenues of growth through long-term service contracts to augment ad-hoc business.
  • Liaise with manufacturers of products to study problems, troubleshoot technical questions and relay information back to Manager
  • Represent client at trade exhibitions and events as required
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Architectural and/or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years in sales and project management experience of building products within the building products sector, including supply and installation.
  • Possess a valid Singapore driving license
