Management Trainee - Container Depot Operations

We are an expanding Container Depot Company seeking motivated and dynamic Management Trainees to join our Operations team. This role offers hands-on exposure to depot operations, logistics coordination, process improvement, and operational management across our local and overseas depots.

The Management Trainee programme is designed to develop future operational leaders through structured training, cross-functional exposure, and practical on-site experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily depot operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Coordinate container movement, yard planning, inventory control, and logistics activities
Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Assist in analysing operational data and preparing reports
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality
Liaise with internal departments, customers, transporters, and vendors
Support implementation of operational procedures and best practices
Be deployed to local and overseas depots for operational exposure and assignments when required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

(Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business is an advantage)

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong willingness to learn and develop operational management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor depot environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Willing to travel or be stationed overseas when required
