In this role, you will support the Senior Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, guiding the service team, and delivering consistently high standards of service. You will be hands-on on the floor, working with the team to create welcoming dining experiences for members and guests in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities- Support the Senior Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day management of restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery and positive member experiences.
- Assist in supervising service staff and coordinating daily service activities, manpower deployment, and floor operations.
- Support revenue and cost control initiatives, including upselling efforts and monitoring of food, beverage, and labour costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and the Club’s policies and procedures.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching of service staff to maintain service standards and team effectiveness.
- Support staff scheduling and roster planning to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards across the restaurant and take corrective action where necessary.
- Assist in reviewing sales, inventory, and manpower reports and highlight operational issues for follow-up.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues where required.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and support teams to ensure smooth service execution and product consistency.
- Participate in inventory checks, stock control, and operational audits as assigned.
- Support other operational duties as assigned by the HOD or Management.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or GCE ‘O’ Level.
- At least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Well-groomed with a consistently professional appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with, motivate and lead the team.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a readiness to take initiative and motivate others.
- Calm and composed under pressure, maintaining focus to guide the team through busy and challenging situations.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is a plus.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
