Role Overview

We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service on the floor. This role is hands-on and requires someone who is comfortable leading a team while being actively involved during service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations (lunch and dinner service)
• Ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain service standards and consistency
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly

• Supervise and guide service staff during shifts
• Assist with staff training and onboarding
• Help with scheduling and shift planning
• Maintain a positive and professional team environment

• Ensure guests are well taken care of
• Build rapport with regular customers
• Support reservations and table management

• Encourage upselling where appropriate
• Monitor daily covers and service flow
• Support initiatives to improve revenue and efficiency

• Assist with reservation systems and basic reporting
• Support inventory checks and coordination with kitchen
• Ensure cleanliness and operational standards are met

• 2–4 years of experience in F&B, preferably in a supervisory role
• Comfortable managing a team and handling service pressure
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Organised and reliable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
