Key Responsibilities:

• Boost client activity and revenue through tailored product recommendations and strategic outreach.
• Create and execute personalized sales strategies to attract new clients and deepen engagement with current ones.
• Convert potential leads into loyal customers by showcasing the value of our services.
• Stay informed about industry trends and offerings to deliver top-tier customer support.
• Cultivate long-term relationships to maximize account performance and reduce customer turnover.
• Ensure pricing proposals align with internal guidelines and profitability standards.
• Keep client records up to date and ensure all interactions are accurately logged.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and support client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in b2b sales is a plus.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic about achieving targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and quick to adapt to new systems.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Budget up to S$5k monthly (for experienced candidates) + AWS + fixed allowance + sales commission
• Location in North East of Singapore
