- Identify and engage new B2B opportunities through research, outreach, networking, and social platforms
- Pitch and present Redbrick’s digital media solutions to interior designers and home partners
- Set up meetings, lead sales conversations, and deliver impactful presentations
- Achieve weekly sales targets and report progress to the team
- Manage the full sales process — from lead generation and pitching to closing, invoicing, and account servicing
- Build long-term relationships with partners and ensure they stay supported and happy
- Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator with solid presentation and negotiation skills
- Able to speak and write in Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Has a basic understanding of marketing and how to sell value
- Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with digital tools, CRMs, and social media
- Energetic, fearless, and loves chasing goals
- Qualification (Min NITEC/Diploma)
