Key responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to the administrative team, including organizing and managing logistics for events
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary details are addressed
  • Handle catering arrangements for various office events and meetings
  • Manage the distribution and tracking of office locker keys
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive office ambience by supporting related initiatives
  • Coordinate the collection and distribution of employee gifts
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and provide summaries as needed
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations to support various business needs
  • Draft and send professional emails and other forms of communication
  • Offer additional support as required, including e-filing and other administrative tasks
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical support role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and practices
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proven track record in organizing and coordinating events, including handling logistics, catering, and meeting arrangements
  • Experience managing office supplies and equipment, such as keys and other inventory
  • Familiarity with preparing professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint or similar software
