Senior Customer Service Executive (Semiconductor)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a global leader in the semiconductor industry, supporting major technology companies worldwide with advanced manufacturing and supply chain capabilities, and we are seeking to hire a Senior Customer Service Executive for the business!

The successful incumbent will manage day-to-day customer interactions following order confirmation, ensuring service quality and timely resolution of enquiries or issues. Additionally, to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support order fulfilment, maintain customer satisfaction, and communicate customer requirements effectively within the organization.

  • Full-time, permanent opportunity
  • Work hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm

The Job:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring timely resolution of enquiries.
  • Support quotation, order management, and customer account activities by coordinating closely with internal operations, finance, and commercial teams.
  • Maintain and update pricing, product, and order information within internal systems to ensure data accuracy and smooth order processing.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues related to orders, pricing discrepancies, billing matters, or delivery commitments.
  • Review customer demand forecasts and order commitments, coordinating internally to support production planning and service delivery.
  • Prepare reports to support customer discussions and account reviews.
  • Manage customer escalations related to orders, delivery timelines, or operational issues and ensure timely follow-up.

The Talent:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer operations, account management support, order management, or inside sales within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting global customers and cross-functional teams will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
