Customer Service Executive
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Redhill

Basic Salary: $3000 - $3300

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer care across walk-in, phone, email, and social media channels to maintain a positive brand experience.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and sales questions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as primary contact for repairs and returns, coordinating with the repair team for efficient resolution.
  • Manage e-commerce operations, including content, order fulfillment, and timely delivery.
  • Create marketing and product collaterals: brochures, flyers, packaging, videography, webpages, translations, and POS materials.
  • Collaborate with departments to align customer service, marketing, and order fulfillment with company objectives.
  • Perform additional tasks in customer service, marketing, or order fulfillment as needed.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in customer service or sales support role.
  • Knowledge in basic graphic design and content creation.
  • Good communication skill
