Responsibilities

Supervise and process end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries.
Keep up-to-date on employment legislation and ensure compliance to statutory requirements.
Assist in the preparation and submission of payroll tax filings.
Assist in preparing of payroll-related reports for management, finance, and auditing purposes.
Support in internal and external payroll audits.
Recommend and assist in process improvements to enhance payroll operations.
Guide the payroll team to effectively deliver payroll accurately on a timely basis.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant payroll experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong employee service orientation.
Knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices.
Attentiveness to details and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with Success Factors will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
