Job Scope (General):

• Support day-to-day clinic or department operations
• Handle calls, emails, and patient inquiries
• Assist healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, pharmacists, etc.)
• Manage simple admin and clerical duties
• Relay important information to the right departments
• Perform tasks specific to the assigned role

Requirements:

• GCE N / O / A Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma
• No prior experience needed – just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
