Key Responsibilities:

Event Logistics Setup:

Arrange tables, chairs, linen, stage, carpet, and audio-visual equipment according to event requirements.
Setup of operable wall partitions.

Forklift Operation:

Operate forklift for moving pallets (if certified and necessary).

Team Supervision:

Manage and coordinate a small team (4–5 people).

Shift Work:

Rotating shifts depending on event schedules (typically 7 hours + 1-hour break).

Administrative Duties:

Attendance management and basic administrative tasks.

Transport Claims:

Transport expenses are claimable.
