Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager to support the launch and sales of residential developments in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in project launches, marketing campaigns, sales operations, and client engagement, contributing directly to revenue growth and strengthening the developer’s brand positioning.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct regular market research, prepare and present weekly presentation slides on market trends and competitors’ sales.
Lead in conceptualization and development of sales gallery and show units
Liaise with authorities to obtain required approvals to facilitate sales launch
Ensure sales gallery and show units are in smooth operation
Liaise and manage marketing agencies to ensure sales targets are met
Prepare sales kits and conduct project briefings for agents
Formulate and execute pricing strategies, marketing plans and activities
Support sales operations, including commission processing, accurately and on time.
Handle after-sales administration and implementation of sales documents
Track and control budgets and expenditures
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Good interpersonal and communication skills
A team player with strong passion and good initiative in real estate sales and marketing
Independent, meticulous, resourceful, able to multi-task and handle pressure well
Able to work weekends when required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel with acumen for numbers
Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing or Business Management preferred
Minimum 7 years of real estate or relevant marketing experience
