About the role
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Concept AC Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurant located in the Central Region. What you'll be doing- Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial reporting
- Ensuring exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and cleanliness
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate and inspire the restaurant team
- Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar assistant manager or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide exceptional dining experiences
- Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle various operational challenges
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, staff, and other stakeholders
