What you'll be doing
  • Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial reporting
  • Ensuring exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate and inspire the restaurant team
  • Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar assistant manager or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide exceptional dining experiences
  • Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle various operational challenges
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, staff, and other stakeholders
