Executive (Asset & Finance Operations)

This role offers strong exposure to asset management, cross-functional coordination, and system-based work.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Support the annual asset verification / stocktake exercise, including preparation and testing of stocktake equipment (RFID tools) and updating asset listings and user guides
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors during asset verification, including troubleshooting RFID-related issues
• Perform sampling checks on assets and update asset locations following office relocation or renovation
• Consolidate departmental returns and assist with asset reporting, postings, and reconciliations in Workday and internal systems
• Witness asset disposal processes and support ad-hoc finance and asset management tasks as required
• Requirements:
• Singaporean only
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Experience in asset management or finance operations is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), familiarity with Workday or asset management systems is a plus
