About the role
TAT LEE E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in the Bishan Central Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects.
What you'll be doing- Preparing and analysing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
- Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitoring and controlling project budgets and costs
- Providing regular cost reports and financial updates to the project team
- Identifying and mitigating potential financial risks on projects
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborating with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong technical skills in cost estimation, contract management, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficient in using relevant software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, estimating software)
- Thorough understanding of construction practices, standards, and regulations
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
