We’re hiring an HR & Admin Coordinator who thrives on organization, people operations, and making the workplace run seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

This is a hybrid HR + Admin role with a strong focus on people, culture, and day-to-day operations.

Talent & Hiring
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication)
  • Support hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines
HR Operations
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a great employee experience
  • Prepare and maintain employee contracts and documentation
  • Keep employee records organized and up to date
  • Support basic HR policies and compliance
Office & Admin Management
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day
  • Keep pantry stocked and organized
  • Coordinate office needs and vendor relationships
Travel & Logistics
  • Book flights, accommodation, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Support logistics for company events and offsites
Culture & Engagement
  • Organize team offsites, events, and internal activities
  • Plan and execute employee wellness initiatives
  • Help foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
General Support
  • Take meeting minutes when required
  • Provide administrative support across teams as needed
Who You Are
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • People-oriented and approachable
  • A proactive problem-solver who gets things done
  • Comfortable multitasking across HR and admin responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Nice to Have
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, admin, or operations roles
  • Familiarity with HR processes and basic employment practices
  • Experience in a startup or founder led environment
