We’re hiring an HR & Admin Coordinator who thrives on organization, people operations, and making the workplace run seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
This is a hybrid HR + Admin role with a strong focus on people, culture, and day-to-day operations.
Talent & Hiring- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication)
- Support hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a great employee experience
- Prepare and maintain employee contracts and documentation
- Keep employee records organized and up to date
- Support basic HR policies and compliance
- Ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day
- Keep pantry stocked and organized
- Coordinate office needs and vendor relationships
- Book flights, accommodation, and travel arrangements for team members
- Support logistics for company events and offsites
- Organize team offsites, events, and internal activities
- Plan and execute employee wellness initiatives
- Help foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
- Take meeting minutes when required
- Provide administrative support across teams as needed
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- People-oriented and approachable
- A proactive problem-solver who gets things done
- Comfortable multitasking across HR and admin responsibilities
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, admin, or operations roles
- Familiarity with HR processes and basic employment practices
- Experience in a startup or founder led environment
