Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and securing new corporate and commercial air-conditioning projects, as well as monitoring market trends and competitor activities to support strategic business growth.

• Identify and develop new corporate and commercial business opportunities
• Source and follow up on B2B leads and project enquiries
• Conduct client meetings and site discussions to understand project requirements
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and support contract negotiations
• Build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients, MCSTs and contractors
• Coordinate with internal operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities
• Maintain sales pipeline records and provide updates to management

• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Ability to analyze market and competitor information to support business strategy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Basic salary: $3,000 – $4,000
• Sales commission: Commission payable based on additional revenue secured, subject to company policy
• Commission structure and eligibility will be explained during interview and confirmed in the employment contract
