Business Development Executive

SEACAD Technologies is providing Enterprise Design and Manufacturing solutions to our established clients.

We are looking to expand our Business Development Team and require a Business Development Executive/Manager to be a part of our dynamic team. This personnel needs to be equip with the skills to identify business issues and providing solutions to our prospects and existing clients.

Job Description:

• Create new business opportunities from prospects and existing clients
• Conduct business presentations to clients either online or on-site
• Supported by in-house Engineers during product demonstrations to identify the right solutions for our clients
• Negotiations with C-level Executives to close deals
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
• Marketing leads are provided on top of self-generated leads

Job Highlights:

• Basic Salary
• Sales Commission + Sales Incentives

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of Sales/Business Development experience
• Software Sales related experience an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing & outspoken personality
• Highly motivated, independent, aggressive and self-driven
• Proven track record of achieving personal Sales Target
