Responsibilities
- Enter data and maintain QC records, inspection reports, and test results in the company’s database or filing system to ensure accurate quality tracking
- Organize and maintain quality documentation for manufactured products to support compliance and product integrity
- Update and file quality control documents systematically for easy retrieval and audit readiness
- Assist in preparing certificates, inspection reports, and quality documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements
- Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits and quality inspections to support compliance processes
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure quality records are well organized and accessible
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the QC department’s daily operations as needed
- GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry (Excel, MS Office)
- At least have 2 years’ experience as a QC clerk, or in a manufacturing/factory environment is preferred.
- Capable of working in a production environment, which may involve standing for long periods and repetitive tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for documenting issues.
