Quality Control Assistant

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily hygiene inspections across kitchen and packing areas
- Monitor food preparation, cooking, packing, and delivery processes in compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and SFA standards
- Maintain daily temperature logs, sanitation records, and calibration checklists
- Support FSMS document maintenance and SOP compliance
- Inspect incoming raw materials for quality, temperature, expiry, and SFA compliance
- Supervise extraction and packing of coconut water, coconut meat, ensuring correct expiry date labelling, sealing, and presentation
- Ensure food is packed at the correct temperatures using food-safe packaging
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation of non-conformities, corrective, and preventive actions
- Conduct onboarding and training for kitchen staff on hygiene and food safety
- Promote consistent hygiene habits and 5S methodology across departments
- Diploma Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
- 1–2 years QA/QC experience in catering, food manufacturing, or F&B.

- Familiar with HACCP, FSMS, ISO 22000, and SFA regulations
- Proactive, hands-on, meticulous, and strong in documentation
- Team player who works well with kitchen and logistics teams
