Salary:
Senior Technician: $2,800 – $3,500
Production Technician: $2,000 – $2,500
Completion Bonus: 1 Month

⏰ Shift Work (Mon–Fri | Fixed Shift Assigned):

Morning: 7:30AM – 4:30PM
Afternoon: 3:30PM – 12:30AM (+$15/shift)
Night: 11:30PM – 8:30AM (+$25/shift)

⚠️ Cleanroom environment (full suit required, no phones allowed)

Job Scope:
Lead and execute assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of complex systems
Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
Support new product builds and engineering improvements
Perform quality checks on parts and assemblies
Drive continuous improvement and production efficiency
Ensure safety and compliance in all operations

✅ Requirements:

Min. 2 years experience in manufacturing/semiconductor
Min. Nitec/Higher Nitec in related fields is advantageous
Skilled in mechanical assembly & troubleshooting
Able to read technical drawings & schematics
Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting up to 23kg)
Willing to work in cleanroom & rotating shifts
Good communication and teamwork skills
