Production Technician

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various production equipment and machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.

1. Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to manufacture products according to specifications
2. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to identify and resolve issues
3. Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
4. Maintain accurate production records and documentation
5. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes

1. Relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably as a machine operator or technician
2. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
3. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and production specifications
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
5. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the production team
