Job Description & Requirements
Job Role & Responsibilities- Plan and carry out the daily programme, developmental and care-giving tasks as assigned
- Attend to the health, hygiene and safety needs of the infants
- Create a safe environment and provide the best possible care to infants under their care
- Build and maintain good rapport with parents
- Obtained at least a Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development, or Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (with certificate in Infant/Toddler Care) or its equivalent
- First Aid Certificate recognized by ECDA
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar setting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Conduct activities to promote children’s learning and development such as reading, singing and interaction.
- Ensure and document infant developmental milestones
- Provide custodial care Evaluation of infant such as observe infant’s performance, behavior, social developments and physical health
- Conduct assessment of infant’s abilities and progression
- Ensure classroom, equipment and facilities are clean, well-maintained, safe and secure
- Communication with parents on school’s activities and progress of infant
