Fleet Management Executive (Asset Optimization and Rogue Unit Management)

• Planning and provisioning of rotables for existing Inventory Technical Management (ITM) customers to support operational requirements.
• Review provisioning requirements of rotables for potential Inventory Technical Management (ITM) customers via Request for Bid exercises
• Review of off-wing inventory configuration required to support ITM customers and identify possible solutions such as asset optimization to achieve required rotable stock levels.
• Prepare approval papers to seek for budget for rotable provisioning.
• Identification and review of surplus assets with subsequent coordination with material sales team on sale of surplus or retirement of assets.
• Assist in formulating long term provisioning strategy with key industrial OEMs and material vendors
• Managing back to back material support programs
• Coordinating between relevant internal/external stakeholders to evaluate performance of inventory acquired from key material vendors
• Designing dashboard reports for operational performance management, tracking of asset value, monitoring of market price trends

• Degree in an Engineering field from a recognized university
• Working experience in initial provisioning in the aviation industry would be an advantage. Candidate with experience in inventory management would also be considered
• At least 2 years working/professional experience. Working experience in the aviation industry would be preferred.
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication and writing skills
• Able to think analytically and make good judgment even under stressful condition
• Advance computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Access and Visual Basic would be an advantage
