Freight forwarding - Export Customer Officer / Executive - Changi Alps

As an Air Export Operations Executive supporting daily freight forwarding operations. In this role, you will coordinate air export shipments, handle airline bookings, prepare export documentation, and liaise with customers, airlines, and overseas agents to ensure smooth and timely delivery of cargo.

The Job:

• Provide friendly and reliable customer service to all customers.
• Share flight details within 1 hour after receiving booking.
• Check export documents for compliance during work order processing.
• Prepare and submit export permits and customs documents on time.
• Answer all calls within 3 rings.
• Monitor shipment status and update customers on any issues or delays.
• Communicate effectively with Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning teams.
• Ensure airfreight rates are accurate and up to date.
• Stay updated on airline and government regulation changes.
• Submit monthly customer reports on time.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on shipment updates.
• Ensure all shipments follow company SOPs.
• Support Sales and other teams for special shipment requests.

The Talent:

• Minimum Diploma.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
