As a Senior Manager (Sales & Marketing), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead product launch and commercialization strategies for specialty and future products in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Strengthen launch readiness through market insights and medical expert engagement (e.g., KOLs, advisory boards).
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends and working closely with cross-functional and licensor teams.
• Develop and execute cross-functional launch plans with clear brand and portfolio strategies.
• Train and support internal teams to build launch capabilities and onboard new members.
• Act as a key liaison between local teams, licensors, KOLs, customers, and leadership.
• Monitor competitors and shape brand strategy, including market access planning and campaign execution.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Management or in any related fields
• At least 6 to 7 years of strategic sales and marketing experience
• Excellent track records
