Business Development Manager
- Location : Sin Ming Lane
- Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $9000 + $300 Transport Allowances + AWS + Performance Bonus + 18 Days Leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities
- Execute go-to-market strategies
- Lead commercial negotiations
- Grow accounts into repeat and scalable business
- Work with PCB/engineering/ops teams on solutions
- Understand drawings, specs, and compliance needs
- Monitor industry and competitor trends
- Provide market feedback for strategic decisions
- Coordinate with pricing, order management, and ops
- Maintain pipelines, forecasts, and reporting
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within PCB, EMS, or related manufacturing industries
- Demonstrated success in developing regional or international accounts
- Solid working knowledge of PCB manufacturing, EMS processes, box build assembly, and engineering workflows
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
