Job Summary
An established warehouse and logistics operations environment is seeking an Executive, Warehouse Operations to support daily inbound warehouse activities and operational coordination. The role involves overseeing inbound processes, inventory coordination, operational reporting, and team coordination to ensure smooth warehouse operations and KPI performance.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily inbound warehouse operations.
- Monitor and ensure operational activities meet service standards and KPIs.
- Manage inbound operational activities including goods receiving, returns processing, inventory coordination, and order administration.
- Coordinate receiving, inspection, system updating, and put-away activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, customers, and end-users regarding operational and inventory matters.
- Handle operational discrepancies, invalid orders, returns, and ad-hoc operational issues.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records.
- Support inventory reporting and operational data compilation for management review.
- Ensure workplace housekeeping and compliance with safety procedures and operational standards.
- Coordinate manpower deployment based on operational requirements.
- Provide operational guidance and on-job training to warehouse staff.
- Support shift operational duties and attend to operational requests when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics Management or related discipline.
- Possess Forklift Licence and Class 3 Driving Licence will be advantageous.
- Able to perform one night shift per month when required.
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or inventory management will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with warehouse inbound processes and inventory handling.
- Able to manage operational coordination and multitask effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and warehouse system updates.
- Responsible, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
