Responsibilities:
- Handle technical support cases via on-site visits, phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of products.
- Escalate technical issues and liaise with vendors for resolution.
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients and users.
- Carry out internal product repairs and support team training.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support cases and technical activities.
Requirements:
- Barcode, RFID, Wireless, and Mobile Computing systems
- Willing to learn, training will be provided
- Customer service oriented
