- Up to $7000
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all HQ and venue roles, from junior to senior - including sourcing, screening, interviews and offers
- Partner hiring managers to clarify role needs, candidate profiles, hiring standards, and interview expectations
- Strengthen recruitment processes, tracking, and follow-through so hiring progress is clear, timely, and well-managed
- Lead employer branding efforts to create and communicate TLBG’s unique selling proposition
- Build proactive talent pipelines and develop strong sourcing channels
- Build and strengthen relationships with key industry and community partners
- Improve candidate experience by ensuring the hiring journey feels warm, clear, respectful, and intentional
- Develop and implement initiatives to attract, retain, and develop talent while balancing impact vs. the cost/effort of each initiative
- Lead and provide support in other Talent and HR projects that improve how TLBG attracts, engages, and grows its people
Requirement
✅Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, retail, F&B, or other people-centric industries
✅Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
