Customer Service Executive (Call Centre)

Department / Location: Customer Contact Centre (CCC) Department

Working Hours:

Mon–Thu: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Contract Duration: 25 Aug – 30 Sep 2025 (with possible 1–2 month extension)

Job Scope:
The Customer Service Executive will handle customer inquiries primarily via phone, providing accurate and efficient solutions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing calls using CRM systems, updating records, referencing knowledge bases, and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth operation of new systems.

Flexibility to take on varied tasks and adapt to changing work requirements is essential.

Requirements:

Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to maintain professionalism and deliver positive customer experiences under pressure
Be able join a mandatory 3-day paid training 19–21 Aug 2025 (dates may be adjusted)
