This role needs to possess the skillset from procurement to stock delivery. She or He will have the knowledge and experience in liaising with suppliers or vendors on costing, lead time and logistics.

This role serves as a pivotal point of contact internally for sales, technical and warehouse team, providing support facilitating the sales process at the back-office, ensuring sales and project delivery for local and Asia-Pacific countries (including subsidiaries).

She or He is also the first point of contact externally for all in-coming enquiries about JUNG’s project status, products or services through phone, email and/or assigned media.

Sales / Service co-ordination and administration
  • Manage day-to-day sales enquiries from customers on products, solutions and/or services and directing the potential customers and/or intermediaries (or Construction Specifiers) to the Sales team / Engineer.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and render after-sales support.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing Executive and Warehouse Team in the monitoring and tracking of shipment and advise Sales and Customers accordingly.
  • Liaise with Customers to coordinate the shipment of goods or products both locally and overseas.
  • Create and send pro-forma invoice for goods ordered by overseas offices or overseas customers. She or he is to ensure the receipt of payment before actual delivery of the goods ordered and meeting the agreed delivery deadline.
  • Track the status of delivery of goods to overseas offices or customers’ site.
  • Assist Sales Team in the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeline.
  • Assist Sales Team in the coordination of order deliveries with the Warehouse Team.
  • Assist Sales Engineer in ensuring service maintenance is completed.
  • Store and sort all paper works related to the sales.
Others
  • Participate in the annual stock-take exercise.
Requirements Work Experience
  • 3-years experience in Procurement and Customer Service
Education
  • Diploma in Business Administration or similar
  • Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts
Personality
  • Pleasant / friendly disposition
IT Skills / Languages / Others
  • Proficient in using MS Excel.
  • Prior working experience handling Sage 300 system is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Is customer service oriented.
  • A team player.
  • Displays good following-up skills.
