About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales efforts at our retail store located in Ubi, Central Region.

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and purchases
• Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
• Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately
• Participate in stock management and replenishment activities
• Contribute to the overall sales and customer satisfaction goals of the store

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in renovation industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Skilled in managing client expectations and delivering tailored solutions with precision and professionalism
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to follow instructions
• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
