Support the Corporate Resources Section Facilities Management Team in day-to-day operations. Provide Facilities Management services to staff. These include the onboarding/offboarding preparations, bills payment processing, small value purchases and operational clearances.

Job Scope:

Coordinate with relevant departments on staff pass issuance and termination for onboarding / offboarding staff.
Coordinate with relevant departments on laptop card processing and termination.
Handle subscriptions of publications and mobile lines for senior management.
Handle season parking issues for staff and parking clearances for visitors and guests.
Process utilities bill payments using central system.
Support the Facilities Management Team in corporate operations and activities.

Requirements:

Candidates who possess good communications and engagement skills, who are team players, self-driven and fast learners.
Candidates with work experience in facilities management or government sectors would have an advantage.

Location: Maxwell
Contract Period: 6 months
Salary: $14 to $16/hour
