Support the Corporate Resources Section Facilities Management Team in day-to-day operations. Provide Facilities Management services to staff. These include the onboarding/offboarding preparations, bills payment processing, small value purchases and operational clearances.
Job Scope:- Coordinate with relevant departments on staff pass issuance and termination for onboarding / offboarding staff.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on laptop card processing and termination.
- Handle subscriptions of publications and mobile lines for senior management.
- Handle season parking issues for staff and parking clearances for visitors and guests.
- Process utilities bill payments using central system.
- Support the Facilities Management Team in corporate operations and activities.
- Candidates who possess good communications and engagement skills, who are team players, self-driven and fast learners.
- Candidates with work experience in facilities management or government sectors would have an advantage.
Contract Period: 6 months
Salary: $14 to $16/hour
