What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle in the Commercial Tech space.
• Proactively win new business by identifying and engaging decision-makers across growth-stage companies.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Drive high-quality delivery from opportunity qualification to placement.
• Represent Evolution professionally in the market and at tech events.
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies to grow your client base.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 1 year of 360 recruitment experience.
• Good business development skills with a proven track record of bringing in new clients.
• Confident, proactive, and resilient – not afraid to cold call or pitch.
• Results-driven and motivated by performance-based rewards.
