As a Operations Manager (Marine Engineering), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the planning and execution of vessel servicing and operational activities, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and project requirements.
• Develop detailed operational plans for task allocation, resource management, and risk mitigation.
• Lead and supervise the operations and maintenance team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.
• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and procurement processes to support operational readiness.
• Optimize resource allocation to minimize downtime and enhance overall efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols through routine inspections and compliance audits.
• Foster strong partnerships with shipyards, terminals, and external stakeholders to support seamless operations.
• Oversee daily activities at the operations hub, ensuring quality standards and adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate with headquarters to resolve on-ground challenges and maintain operational continuity.
• Conduct performance evaluations, analyze operational data, and recommend improvements for better outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding or relevant field
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar capacity or relevant industry experience
