As a Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage end-to-end Compensation and Benefits (C&B) projects, including conceptualisation, modelling and simulations, implementation planning, communications, and change management where required.
• Conduct research and analysis on compensation statistics, market trends, and industry practices to inform C&B strategies and initiatives, while keeping abreast of local best practices and legislative changes to ensure compliance.
• Prepare data analysis and develop compensation proposals for Senior Management review.
• Collaborate closely with the Policy team to review the policies and processes to ensure alignment.
• Support other ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects as required.

• Possess a Degree in Human Resources or Business equivalent with at least 8 years relevant working experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits.
