Manager/Senior Manager, Talent Management

A growing, mission-driven organisation is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager/Senior Manager, Talent Management to build and drive its talent agenda in support of organisational growth and transformation.

This is a unique opportunity to establish the Talent Management function and shape leadership capability across the organisation.

• Design and implement a comprehensive Talent Management Strategy aligned with organisational priorities.
• Establish and drive a High-Potential (HiPo) programme, including identification, development and succession planning (1–5 year horizon).
• Build leadership pipelines across all levels — from emerging leaders to senior management.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to assess talent readiness for transformation initiatives and new service models.
• Lead annual talent reviews and succession planning processes.
• Work with external vendors on talent assessments and profiling tools.
• Lead and grow the Talent Management team.

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organisational Development or HR Strategy.
• Proven experience designing and implementing HiPo frameworks and succession planning.
• Strong stakeholder management skills — confident engaging C-suite and frontline leaders.
• Experience leading organisation-wide programmes and managing external vendors.
• Strategic thinker with clarity of thought, yet comfortable being hands-on in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
