Cloud Business Operations Executive

• Support daily business operations for the cloud business, including quotation support, contract follow-up, order processing, and procurement coordination.
• Assist the sales team in driving project execution, and follow up on key stages including opportunity progression, contract signing, delivery, and payment collection.
• Coordinate with cloud vendors and partners on relevant processes, including policy alignment, qualification support, registration, and incentive tracking.
• Work closely with internal teams such as sales, technical, delivery, and finance to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare business data, operational reports, and basic analysis to support business visibility and decision-making.
• Support renewal, change request, settlement, and reconciliation-related operational tasks.
• Assist in optimizing business and operational processes to improve efficiency and standardization.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Prior experience in business operations, sales operations, project operations, or cloud-related business is preferred.
• Must be proficient in English and Chinese, as the role requires regular communication with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients across multiple regions.
• Strong coordination, execution, and sense of responsibility.
• Detail-oriented, with good documentation, spreadsheet, and data handling skills.
• Experience in cloud computing, IT services, SaaS, or partner/vendor ecosystem is preferred.
• Experience with AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
