- Provides secretarial services to Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the sales team.
- Files report, forward phone calls, reply emails, handle customer inquiries.
- Conducts site inspection in the absence of Sales Manager.
- Schedules and coordinates management meetings and appointments with the various departments.
- Coordinates transfer arrangements for corporate groups and prepares welcome letters for long-stay guests and ad hoc groups.
- Prepares confirmation letters for group bookings.
- Generates and maintains clients’ database.
- Responsible for the flow of information and correspondence related to the Sales and Marketing Department internally and externally.
- Performs any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management.
