We are currently looking for passionate Freelance Education Consultants to help introduce Sapling Grove to families and support student enrolment growth.
Role Overview
As a Freelance Education Consultant, you will act as a referral and recruitment partner for Sapling Grove.
You will connect with parents, schools, preschools, enrichment centres, community groups, and personal networks to introduce our programmes and generate enrolment opportunities.
This role offers flexible working arrangements and attractive performance-based commissions.
Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Lead Generation- Introduce Sapling Grove to prospective families
- Generate and refer qualified parent enquiries
- Build relationships with parents and community networks
- Promote centre visits, trial sessions, and Open House events
- Support enrolment growth through referrals and networking
- Develop connections with preschools, enrichment centres, and family-oriented organisations
- Identify potential collaboration opportunities
- Expand Sapling Grove's visibility within local communities
- Understand parents' concerns and educational needs
- Share information about Sapling Grove’s programmes and philosophy
- Coordinate introductions between interested families and the centre team

No fixed working hours required.
No office attendance required unless necessary.
