Job Description

Establish new and maintain existing relationships with clients
Organise sales visits
Collaborate with project and engineering teams to develop customized solutions that align with clients' needs and objectives
Prepare comprehensive proposals with quotations, outlining recommended strategies and projected energy savings
Prepare project costing analysis and update project information
Analyse, strategize & organise the preparations for tender submissions
Review and negotiate tender and contract terms
Attend site walks
Negotiate and close sales
Collaborate closely with internal project and engineering teams for to ensure proper handover and seamless implementation of proposed solutions
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any inquiries, concerns, challenges that may arise
Organise marketing events that the company participates in

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor degree
At least 2 years of professional sales experience in technical or consultancy sales, preferably in ACMV
Those with more than 3 years of professional sales experience in relevant industries will be considered for Senior Sales position
Driven, proactive, possess a determined aptitude and positive attitude
Possesses strong technical, organisational and analytical skills
Possesses good interpersonal, verbal and written skills
Possesses initiative and possess desire to learn
Able to multi-task and work as a team
