5 Days per week, (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Basic Salary + Commission + Allowance + Performance Bonus

• Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business; build a healthy pipeline through outreach and site visits.
• Grow and manage existing accounts; provide timely solutions and maintain strong relationships.
• Present products/solutions; prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate end-to-end sales administration—quotes, orders, and documentation—accurately in CRM.
• Forecast sales, track pipeline metrics, and report progress to management.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on campaigns, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
• Liaise with operations to schedule deliveries and ensure on-time fulfilment.
• Respond to enquiries and support customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities; recommend actions to increase win rates.

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience in sales; training provided for inexperienced candidates.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proactive hunter mindset
